Welcome to Rove Card, Inc. (“Rove,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our waitlist for the Rove travel credit card and any other products of Rove Card, Inc on the Rove website.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.


2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the waitlist. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.


3. Waitlist Registration
To join the waitlist, you must provide your name, email address, and a referral code. Optional information, including demographic details and referrals, can be provided to potentially advance your position on the waitlist.


4. Privacy and Data Usage
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By signing up, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.


5. Referral Program
You may refer friends to join the waitlist. Each successful referral may improve your position on the waitlist. Referrals must be genuine and should not involve spam or other unauthorized marketing activities.


6. No Guarantee of Service
Placement on the waitlist does not guarantee that you will receive a Rove credit card. The issuance of cards is subject to our review and approval.


7. Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the waitlist and any related services.


8. Limitation of Liability
Rove Card, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the waitlist.


9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms.
